A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection. No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date the deposit is received and final design approval is confirmed. Larger or bulk orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated in advance.
Nationwide delivery is available. Courier fees are for the client's account and will be quoted separately where applicable.
Clients may submit their own designs for printing. Alternatively, we can create a custom design based on your brief. Design work commences once the deposit has been received.
Due to the customised nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be granted once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced. The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
